TWAPS Hawkhurst Match Results – 23rd August 2020 – Points Match/Belverdere Cup

Match number 4 at Hawkhurst Fishery. 11 anglers fished on a cloudy day with sunny intervals sitting close to a road which resembled race day at Brands Hatch at times.

Everyone caught, mostly carp to around 8lb with the average fishing weighing around 2lb.

Congratulations go to Matt Buxton on his win with a terrific weight in excess of 100lb. Also a special mention goes to Jeff Buxton who also had over 100lb of fish.

Well done to everyone on a successful day’s fishing.

Thanks go to Ian Collier for the smooth running of the match in Jack Dean’s absence, and to all those who helped with the weighing in.
