Fur & Feather Annual Christmas Match
In mid December every year the Society organises a friendly match for members, followed by a meal and friendly get together in pub/restaurant shortly afterwards.
Being a light hearted social affair, there are several prizes up for grabs and a raffle, and a chance to catch up with old fishing friends and make new ones too! The match and the post-match festivities are open to all members and the match fees, prizes and the meal are all funded by the Society.
Places are always limited, either because of the number of pegs available for the match, or because of the number places available in the pub/restaurant, or both. Because of this, places are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, once applications to take part are accepted.
